Domestic Orders
Cancellation Policy :
- If any customer want to cancellation, please do so before it is shipped from our end. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- You can request your order cancellation through the our shipping channel
Return Policy :
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package. You can mail us by mention with all the details like order id and AWB. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. Please always make unbox video after delivery
- Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
- Raise your return request within 5 days of receiving the shipment through our portal . If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at Refund@bengalweavers.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect and unbox video. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges it can 15 to 45 days
- If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an exchange request within 5 days of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request. You will receive an approval mail from us within 72 hours if the request is accepted
- A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
- Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –
* Order Number and the Name used while placing the order
* Shipping Address : BENGAL WEAVERS, Bhagbati Das Road,santipur,Nadia ,westbengual.pin-741404
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 5 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us which will consider by our team.
- You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
- If any customer Products bought during sale are non-refundable
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
* We did not accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality ,size,color ,design in case an item was missing .
* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
* Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
* Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
* Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
* Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
- If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for our delivery person to pick up the product for exchange from the provided address.
- The return pickup will be scheduled within 2 working days from the approval of your exchange request.
- Once we have picked up the return product, we will initiate the process of sending you the exchange product.
- The exchange product will be shipped to you within 2-10 working days.
Non-eligible Items-
- We do not accept returns for items purchased during a sale or promotional period.
- Customized products, including those altered based on specific customer requirements, are not eligible for return.
Self-Shipping Process:
In cases where we are unable to arrange for a pickup, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Please retain the shipping receipt for reimbursement of the shipping charges (up to Rs. 100) with your refund amount.
International Orders:-At the movement we are not accept any international order
Terms and Condition- Product actual color may be little difference than model pic due to camera,light ,resolution etc.
